The restored Laundrette and its house

They are managed by the commune Libre Convenient co.
Built in 1871 and used until the years 1960, the laundrette was abandoned on arrival of running water. A team of voluntary belonging to the free commune Convenient co. uvrant for the association of safeguard of the old local inheritance restored it almost completely. The single laundrette obtained the 2nd price of safeguard of the inheritance in 1992 and the 1st price with the Départemental contest of Fleurissement in 1994.
With an aim of promoting tourism in Country of Retz, the team of voluntary under cover of association arranged the museum of “the House of the Laundrette” which shelters a collection of old objects. It was inaugurated on July 2, 1994.
Opened of July 1 to September 18 of 15:00 to 19:00 and the weekends and bank holidays of June and September.
All the year for the groups on go.

Managed by the Free Commune co. Convenient and inaugurated on July 22, 2000, it counts 1500 m ² exposure.
The erudite ones put in scene and many sometimes animated agricultural machinery will make go up time with the visitors.
Opened every day of July 1 to September 15 and the weekends of June and September. Groups all the year on go.
