You will find Tumulus of Mousseaux in a residential district of the city on the culminating point of Right Bank of the old port.

Recent research revealed potteries at round bottom some with decorations dotted lines of the type says “Chasséen”. They make it possible to make go up the construction of this Megalith a little before 3500 years before our era.






Cairn of Mousseaux revêt today an aspect, which without being identical to initial construction makes it possible to include/understand the extent of the building and its double role of tomb for deaths and architecture for the alive ones. ”
